Project owners fund their own bounties
In V1, WorkChain does not provide bounty money or hold funds for users. The project owner is responsible for the reward described in the bounty and for having sufficient wallet funds when payment is due.
These are the basic rules for using WorkChain V1. They are designed to make expectations clear between project owners and contributors.

Owners should provide clear requirements, deadlines and reward information. Contributors should only apply when they can reasonably complete the requested work.
Contributors must submit work they created or have the right to provide. Do not submit stolen, misleading, malicious or unauthorized material.
Owners should review submitted work against the bounty requirements. If something needs fixing, use Request changes and provide useful correction notes.
When an owner approves work, the payment transaction is initiated from the connected project wallet. Network fees and transaction execution are controlled by the wallet and blockchain.
No fraud, impersonation, spam, abuse, illegal activity, malicious links or attempts to manipulate reputation or payment records. WorkChain may restrict access to abusive activity.
